INNOKIN 90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY PROGRAM

What Does This Warranty Cover?  Innokin Technology provides a limited warranty to purchasers that this new Innokin product will be free of material defects or malfunctions that arise during normal use.

How Long Does The Coverage Last?  This warranty lasts for 90 days after the date of the initial purchase of a new, genuine Innokin product.

What Will Innokin Do?  Innokin will replace or repair any defective or malfunctioning genuine Innokin device at no charge, except that you must pay to ship the product to our service centre.Replacement devices may be refurbished. If there are no issues to be found with the device, you will be charged for returning it back to you, if we didn’t receive the payment within 30 days, we will have the right to dispose this device and end the service this time.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?  This warranty does not cover counterfeit products, the “consumable” parts of your tank system vaporizers (e.g., atomizers and clearomizers),  or any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, or acts of God.  This warranty also does not cover products that you buy used, on sale, or from a vendor who is not our authorized distributor. Innokin excludes all claims for special, incidental, and/or consequential damages caused by a breach of any express or implied warranty.

Innokin’s liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price.  All other warranties, express or implied, including any statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law.  In such event, such warranty or condition is limited to the duration of this written warranty.This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights that vary depending on where you live.

How Do You Get Service?  To be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST return the faulty item together with the warranty registration card, the original packaging box with the security code on it, the dated receipt or any other proof of purchase indicating the purchase date. Please do inform us of the tracking number as soon as you shipped out the device, or we will have the right to dispose the device and end the service this time if nobody claims it within 30 days since we received it. We will inspect your device first when we received it, and will then arrange the repair or a replacement for you.

If you purchased your genuine Innokin product from an authorized retailer, you may return it to the retailer instead of shipping it to our service centre.  All other requirements apply.
